I've always felt jealous of cool bloggers who have tons of H&M tricot and do fab "what I ate today" posts. So today I'm sharing my supper with you. Here's my recipe for TOFU IN RED PESTO SAUCE (aka TOFU INFERNAL)

1. Dry and slice the tofu
2. Marinade it in pesto
3. Bake it an add spices, garlic and finally soy creme + instant pesto
4. When it's done, put it in the freezer for approximately 4-5 weeks
5. Enjoy
